The Wash Basin Fountain is a newly built theme of the Dubai Miracle Garden in its Season 7. The Season started on 1st of November 2018 and is expected to last till the mid of June. The Wash Basin Fountain is located right in the beginning of the entrance gate and opposite to the Disney Avenue of the Dubai Miracle Garden.
The Wash Basin Fountain is a newly built theme of the Dubai Miracle Garden for its Season 7. It is expected to flow till the mid of May 2019 at the garden.
It replaced a previously built fountain of tortoises at the Miracle Garden in its Season 6 and before that there used to be an upside-down car serving as a water fall at the garden. Therefore; every season of the Dubai Miracle Garden is marked with creative variation within the themes along with an aim of maximum satisfaction for the visitors of the garden.
Along with the presence of the colorful flowers, he Wash Basin Fountain creates an element of freshness at the Dubai Miracle Garden. Just like the real Wash Basins, both the water mixers and the water streaming taps have the silver colored metallic look. The basin is made up of ceramic and it is filled with hundreds of stones and pebbles.
The Wash Basin Fountain has a metallic finish at its mixers and the tap. At front end it is surrounded by white and purple colored Petunia flowers.
The water of the fountain falls over these stones and then drains downwards. The Wash Basin does not display any flowers, however; it does have flowering pots surrounding it from the front side. These flowering pots contain white and purple colored Petunia flowers within them and they are distributed as a curved queue at the borders of the Wash Basin Fountain.
The most overwhelming feature of the Wash Basin Fountain is that it is gigantic to watch. This Wash Basin fountain is almost 100 times bigger than a normal household wash basin. The height of the tap that pours the water downwards is almost 12 feet high from the basin (ground level) while the hot and cold mixers are almost 5 feet high and 3 feet wide.

The overall width of the wash basin is almost 25 feet wide and the whole area which it gathers is about 50 square feet in size. The toothpaste, toothbrushes, miswak and the hand wash are erected almost 6 to 7 feet above the ground. Therefore; the overall appearance looks huge and that’s why it is termed as a gigantic Wash Basin Fountain of the Dubai Miracle Garden.
The structure of this Wash Basin Fountain is built in such a way that despite its huge size, it still works as a fully functional unit. It appears as a perfect shape of a Wash Basin and the water flows through its tap for which we call it a fountain.

The handwash, toothpaste and the toothbrushes are all made of plastic while the miswak is carved from the wood.
