Disney Avenue - Dubai Miracle Garden
A very spacious Disney Avenue creates an astonishing presence of the Disney characters at the Dubai Miracle Garden. The Disney Avenue offers at least 9 native characters from Disney and each character is entirely adorned with colorful flowers and plants. In fact the Disney Avenue represents one of the biggest topiary arts in the world and the Dubai Miracle Garden is privileged to do so in the most fascinating way.
The Disney Avenue of the Dubai Miracle Garden proudly displays 9 native characters from Disney which include Mickey, Minnie, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy, Pluto and Louie, Dewey and Huey.
Earlier in 2018; the Dubai Miracle Garden made it to the Guinness Book of World Records for making the world’s largest topiary art of Mickey Mouse, whereas; later in 2018 we see at least 8 more Disney characters in addition to the record holding art of Mickey Mouse sculpture. The names of all the nine Disney characters at the Dubai Miracle Garden include Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy, Pluto and the three triplets i.e., Louie, Dewey and Huey.

Disney Avenue is the newly built section at the Dubai Miracle Garden in it season 7 for the years 2018 and 2019 respectively. The Avenue is built right in front of the Royal Entrance Gates of the Dubai Miracle Garden. Previously; huge floral sculptures of parrots dominated this area in the season 6 of the Miracle Garden. However; in its season 7 they are being replaced by the Disney characters.
The Disney Avenue is the newly built floral avenue of the Dubai Miracle Garden in its season 7. It replaced the giant sculptures of floral parrots at the garden in its previous season 6.
Every season of the Dubai Miracle Garden tends to be more innovative and so does the season 7 with its Disney Avenue. The avenue also celebrated Mickey Mouse’s 90th birthday on November the 18th 2018 with massive fireworks, dances and jubilations. People rushed to visit the Dubai Miracle Garden to mark Mickey Mouse’s birthday and also watch the extravaganza arranged by the garden officials.

Normally the topiary sculptures around the world are made up of Alternanthera. However; the craftsmanship and ingenuity of the Miracle Garden team has beautifully integrated Petunia and other flowers within Disney characters at its premises. At least 5 species of flowers and 3 species of non-flowering plants have been used to make these giant topiary sculptures of the Disney characters.
Various Species of flowers (At least 5) have been used to decorate the Disney Sculptures at the Disney Avenue of the Dubai Miracle Garden.
These flowering and non flowering plants include Petunia flowers (red, white, purple and yellow colored), Geranium Flowers, Viola flowers and Green, White & Purple Alternanthera. Flowers are usually integrated within bows, hats and faces of the Disney characters while Alternanthera has covered up the remaining structural parts of the Disney characters. All of these flowering and shaded plants are beautifully crafted to give them a perfect look of an original Disney character.

When it comes to the sizes; all the 9 Disney characters at the Disney Avenue are huge and on average they are around 18 to 20 meters in height. The Goofy’s topiary character seems to be the biggest of all while the triplets Huey, Dewey and Louie are the smallest yet cutest ones.
The Goofy’s Floral Sculpture at the Disney Avenue is the biggest of all while the Minnie Mouse topiary art is the most colorful one.
Donald Duck’s floral sculpture at the Disney Avenue displays maximum numbers of flowers while the topiary art of Minnie Mouse is the most colorful one. Pluto is the simplest one as its topiary art is only made up of Green Alternanthera with no flowers at all. Daisy Duck is also integrated with colorful flowers and Alternanthera plants as well.
Despite the fact that all the Disney characters of the Miracle Garden are merged within flowers, yet still their eyes and in some case their ears are the ones that are built without flowers. Rather they are made up of solid structure and on them a drawing is made to create the clarity of the Disney character. This is basically done to make the Disney characters look closer to the real characters because otherwise the character’s structure would have been a bit complex and vague in display. Furthermore; maintaining these huge sculptures in such a case would have been very challenging if each and every part would have made up of flowers and plantation. Therefore; some percentage of non-plantation structure was indeed necessary to be added within these Disney characters.
Currently; Disney Avenue is the most popular section of the Dubai Miracle Garden in its season 7. Kids simply adore the presence of the Disney characters within the Disney Avenue and they simply like to stay at this section all the time. The Triplets Louie, Dewey and Huey are the kids’ most favorite.
The Disney Avenue is the most popular area of the Dubai Miracle Garden. Kids and adults both seem to love this area a lot.
The triplets also seem to enjoy cricket which makes them even more attractive. Adults too also love the Disney Avenue section of the Dubai Miracle and they too love to have their photographs with these Disney characters. The avenue also offers maximum photography opportunities for the visitors and they love to have their pictures with these awesome Disney characters.
