This is the key reason that the visitors always seem to surprise at their visit of the Dubai Miracle Garden because the garden has the ability to always display something really wonderful.
Thousands of colorful flowers have been showered at various structural areas of this Flower Fort of the Dubai Miracle Garden. On the Sewer areas of the Flower Fort, flowers are spewing out at the ground rather than the water. This is also one of the most creative integration of the flowers within this Flower Fort.
The Flower Fort of the Dubai Miracle Garden comprises of thousands of colorful flowers as its ornaments. Petunia flowers and Alternanthera are the widely used flowering plants that are integrated within the Flower Fort.
Sunflowers are used at the outer boundaries of the Flower Fort while the lawn of the Flower fort has lawn and red Petunia flowers. Similarly; the sewer area which spews out flowers also has Petunia flowers all the way down at the ground as well. The walls of the Flower Fort are covered with green, white and purple Alternanthera plants.
The Flower Fort gathers a decent area of the Dubai Miracle Garden as people can easily walk inside and around the fort. A total area designated for this Flower Fort is almost 50 square meters in length. The Flower Fort itself is huge and stands at least 25 feet high from its ground area. Its 4 bastions are the tallest amongst all and they stand at maximum 25 feet high while its ceiling is almost 20 feet high from the ground.
The Flower Fort covers an area of 50 square meters at the Dubai Miracle Garden while its bastions are as high as 25 feet.
A passage of almost 40 feet length goes through this Flower Fort. This passage area is also one of the most creative one of the fort as it allows the visitors the move inside the fort and watch the fort from various perspectives.
The overall structure of the Flower Fort is solidly built. We can safely say that the fort itself is 60% surrounded with plantation (including flowers and Alternanthera bushes) while rest of the fort area comprises of the solid construction i.e., like stones have been carved to build the fort. All the four bastions and their top groves are solidly built and no flowering element was integrated within them.
Despite the presence of the colorful flowers, the structure of the Flower Fort looks as natural as the real fort.
However; flowering could have been integrated at the top of the bastions and it could have grown sideways for the display. Inside the fort there is a set of circular arrangements of bamboo sticks on each side of the walk-through gateway of the castle. They do look like a great natural decoration and so far nobody knows what exactly they stand for inside the castle area.
In terms of its popularity the Flower Fort has certainly created its worth at the Dubai Miracle Garden. The Flower Fort is one of the finest built structures of the Dubai Miracle Garden. The structure of the flower fort also resembles the structure of the Chauburji building at the city of Lahore of Pakistan which is a gateway to the ancient royal garden of the Mughal Empire i.e., the Shalimar Garden. So some people relate it to that traditional architecture while others compare it with the royal palaces, castles and fortresses as well. The Flower fort also gives plenty of photography opportunities for the visitors of the Dubai Miracle Garden. It is most popular amongst the adults and young adult groups who has a keen interest within ancient buildings and architectures.
