A Floral Train displaying colorful flowers with an engine and bogies is also part of the Dubai Miracle Garden. Dubai Miracle Garden has almost all kinds of floral transport themes i.e., road transport, air transport, water transport and now the rail transport having a lot of flowers all over it. The Floral Train of the Miracle Garden is a complete train having engine at the front and bogies attached to the engine. There are at least two Floral Trains on display at the Dubai Miracle Garden. One of the Floral Train displays flags of the countries (on its bogies) while the other rather train is rather a simple train that brightens up in the evening. Let's explore this Floral Train of Dubai Miracle Garden from various perspectives!
The Floral Train is on the display at the Dubai Miracle garden for number of years now. It was first introduced at the Dubai Miracle Garden in 2015. Year 2015 was the third edition of the Dubai Miracle Garden and as of year 2017 (fifth edition), the Floral Train is still part of the Dubai Miracle Garden. Initially; there was a single train at the Dubai Miracle Garden and a year later another train was also introduced at the Dubai Miracle Garden. The firstly introduced Floral Train had flags of different countries on its each boggy while the latterly introduced Floral Train's bogies usually brighten up from inside during the evening hours. It doesn't display any flowers.
Petunia flowers have been used throughout the bogies of the train for their decoration. It should also be remembered that Petunia flowers are being used at more than 90% of all the architectures, sculptures and even vehicle themes of the Dubai Miracle Garden. Basically; all the bogies of the train are coal carrying bogies. The organizers have swapped the coal of the bogies with colorful flowers in this Floral Train. Each bogie is coated with a unique color combination of Petunia Flowers. The flowers which have been witnessed so far within these bogies include red, purple, white, blue and pink. Flags of several countries are represented on each bogie of the train. These flags include flags of UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Jordan, Brazil, South Africa, United States, Japan, Russia, France, Kenya, Canada, South Korea, China and Pakistan etc. Other types of flowers have also been used in the surrounding areas (flower beddings) of both trains. These flowers include Marigold, Petunia (already used) and Verbena Flowers.
The longer Floral Train (the train which has country's flags on its bogies) has about 24 bogies in total. Each bogie has a unique flag on its both sides and altogether these bogies of the train represent about 48 flags of different countries at the Dubai Miracle Garden. The engine of the train and its bogies have same size as the real train and its bogies' sizes. The total length of this whole Floral Train including the bogies and engine is about 400 feet altogether. The length of each bogie is around 12 feet and the length of the engine is around 64 feet. The second Floral Train is a smaller version of the train and it has 3 bogies along with the engine. This train has a length of around 150 feet long and it is almost 3 times smaller than the first Floral Train of the Dubai Miracle Garden.
The structure of these Floral Trains looks as genuine as a real train. The bogies of the Floral Train are powered by the Thomas Engine (also called the steam engine) at the front. The driver's compartment within the engine is given a wooden theme. The bogies of the train are designed with a wooden theme while their wheels look somewhat different perhaps they appeared to be made up of some ceramic material. However; the only thing that is missing within the theme is the railway track for the Floral Trains. Both the trains are parked on gravel bedding and then they are surrounded with flowers at the Dubai Miracle Garden.
These Floral Trains of the Dubai Miracle Garden are very popular among the visitors of the Dubai Miracle Garden. Whether you are an adult, old or a youngster you will always find this Floral Train very attractive indeed. These Floral Trains are also popular among the kids as well. The best way to have a photograph with this Floral Train is to stand in front (slightly left) and take the snapshot of the engine and all the bogies altogether. This way you will have engine's photograph as well as the photograph of almost all the bogies of this Floral Train along with the engine. The Floral Train is also equally popular among male and female visitors of the Dubai Miracle Garden.
