Inauguration of Dubai Miracle Garden

The Dubai Miracle Garden was inaugurated in 2013 on the Valentine’s Day i.e., 14th February, 2013. It’s perhaps the only known garden in the world that is so far inaugurated on the Valentine’s Day. The inauguration of the garden on the Valentine’s Day made a huge impact on the Dubai Miracle Garden, especially in terms of its presentation.

The Dubai Miracle Garden was successfully inaugurated on the Valentine’s Day in 2013. The garden is also the most romantic flower garden in the world with maximum displays of floral hearts.

This ticket price of 55 AED is for those individuals who are 13 years and above. Kids from 3 years up to 12 years have a discounted ticket price of 40 AED. Babies 2 years and below are free to enter the Dubai Miracle Garden. Lastly; people of determination such as handicapped and disabled individuals can also enjoy a free entrance at the Dubai Miracle Garden.

The regular ticket price of the Dubai Miracle Garden is 55 AED. Ticket price for kids from 3 to 12 years is 40 AED.

The park is open on week-days from 9am to 9pm, whereas; during the weekends its opening timings are from 9am to 11pm. Over the years the Dubai Miracle Garden has earned a lot of awards at international level. In 2013, the Dubai Miracle Garden won the accolade of Guinness World Records as the world's largest Vertical garden. In 2016; the Dubai Miracle Garden was certified again by Guinness Book of world Records for having the largest floral arranagement i.e., Emirates A380 which bloomed 5 million flowers and it was officially declared as the biggest floral theme in the world. Maintenance is a big challenge for the organizers of the Dubai Miracle Garden. The garden is itself huge and in fact as mentioned earlier; it is the biggest one in the world. Moreover; most importantly the flowers regularly need to be maintained and even replaced after a certain time-period. All this require a team of dedicated individuals and a great management. According to the today.com about 400 individuals worked at the Dubai Miracle Garden in 2013.

The Dubai Miracle Garden has a team of more than 400 individuals which include labors, botanists, cleaners and managers etc.

Their major tasks included cultivation and trimming of flowers and also cleaning the overall area of the garden. The flowers also require a lot of water on daily basis and this is all managed through an automated water system. The garden requires nearly one million liters (780,000 liters to be precise) of water per day and this requirement is fulfilled by reusing the waste water. The Dubai Miracle Garden utilizes Drip-Irrigation system to water all the flowering plants. Therefore; sustainability is always ensured in maintenance and management of the Dubai Miracle Garden.
